Cream diagonally laid porcelain tile, and white furnishings provide a crisp, spacious look indoors. A latte-toned couch and love seat highlighted with regal striped pillows face the views and ensemble around a creamy yarn stitched patterned rug. A large flatscreen TV mounted above a side table is provided for entertainment. An attractive white cottage-style dining set nearby includes four decorative painted hardwood chairs with light cushioned seats. The open kitchen also has a bright look with a cream tile-topped bar with wide saddle stools, custom cabinetry, and matching appliances inviting you to create a fun meal.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with a charming white beadboard backing flanked by two rustic beach-inspired side tables beside the sliding glass balcony doors. A formal armoire at the foot of the bed conveniently houses a TV for entertainment. The private Master Bath includes twin vanities encased in a finely mottled granite countertop and a wide glass-walled walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and a rich honey-toned armoire that contains another TV. It has access to a full hall bath nearby that also serves as a powder room.

Wonderful amenities at Mainsail include two sparkling swimming pools. The main South Pavilion Pool overlooking the luminescent gulf includes a spacious patio around the large pool adorned with palms and a big bubbling Hot Tub. There is a fun kid's wading pool nearby with a mini waterfall that delightfully cascades down, allowing them to enjoy refreshing frolic on a hot summer's day. A boardwalk leads across the lush lawn to the wide white ribbon of shimmering shoreline. Cook-out stations invite you to enjoy "chilling while grilling" as you prepare your own fun version of Surf n Turf. Mainsail also features a Fitness center, four tennis courts, and shuffleboard, which are all lighted for comfortable night play.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is in a wonderful world of its own yet surprisingly close to popular gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars, area grocery stores, liquor wine shops, and one of the nation's largest designer discount centers famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Wining, dining, and shopping adventures are nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf along with the swank town center of Sandestin on Grand Boulevard, which also provides open-air concerts and fun festivals.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
