We offer distinctive, private vacation rentals at four high rise luxury towers that overlook the sugar white beaches and jewel toned water of this awesome locale. They include The Empress, Majestic Sun, Surfside as well as Ariel Dunes I and II.

The Empress is a luxurious, exclusively gated building that sits on the far western edge of the Seascape Resort. Vistas toward the southwest offer amazing views of the dazzling gulf as well as Stewart Lake which is nestled beside the building. The sun sets right into the water from fall until early spring which coincides with low, off season rates. During the summer months, if you are fortunate enough to coincide your visit with a full moon, you can watch it illuminate the entire gulf with a silvery shimmer of sparkling light. It makes for a truly romantic setting from the spacious beachside balcony that is accessible off the main living area and two of the three bedrooms. Down below, the private palm lined, lagoon shaped swimming pool and hot tub has vivid views of Stewart Lake. The golf and tennis courts are right across a pedestrian bridge that crosses over this pristine coastal dune lake. Coastal Dune Lakes are precious because besides here along the Emerald Coast, they are only found in Australia, New Zealand and Madagascar. Their mix of fresh and salt water support an abundance of wildlife including Great Blue Herons, Falcons as well as White Egrets which often frequent the lakes.

The Majestic Sun sits parallel to the beach and looks like a giant sandcastle since both towers are connected by a soaring arch that rises eight stories tall in the center of the two luxurious high rise towers. Here you are front and center on a palm studded promenade that runs along the beach with views all the way to the sparkling southern horizon. The Majestic Sun has both a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The indoor pool sits under the arch with a three story tall cathedral ceiling. A wall of glass faces the gulf and you can literally swim from inside to the outside pool which has a spacious sun deck and two hot tubs overlooking the beautiful beach.

Surfside Resort

Surfside is right next door and is the popular original luxury tower since it incorporates a spacious design that includes iconic port hole windows and is a stunning architectural masterpiece that soars sixteen stories high. An expansive sun deck off to the side has a large swimming pool where you can look down onto the glorious gulf while having some fresh water fun. This is connected by a pedestrian bridge to private stairs that lead down to the beach itself. Surfside also has a kiddie pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, shuffleboard and basketball courts, so there is something to do for all ages.

Ariel Dunes I and Ariel Dunes II overlook the gulf, golf course and the lake. These two towers look similar to luxury high rise you can see in Miami or Vegas. Each one is topped by what looks to be a columned Greek or Roman temple which is up lighted at night for a dazzling effect. Multiple swimming pools wrap around the front of each building providing a watery mirror image of its own beauty. Ariel Dunes I appears to rise out of one of the large pools at its base which makes it look like a mirage as you approach the building from the beach-side. There are fitness centers in each building as well as a fun filled Video Arcade for the kids. The Cabana Cafe, a pool side snack bar restaurant provides convenient refreshment for cool beverages and tasty food.

Down on the beach, our Ocean Reef Resort visitors can enjoy complimentary guest discounts at La Dolce Vita Water Sports. This locally owned and operated enterprise provides opportunities to go kayaking, paddle boarding, wave running and even para sailing.

If tennis is your game, you will be happy to know that the Destin Tennis Club is located on the grounds of the Seascape Resort. Eight clay courts are available for play at this nationally recognized and designated Five Star Tennis Resort. Members of the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) can provide personal instruction and group training. They hold a number of scheduled tournaments throughout most of the year for players of all ages and levels of expertise. Adult programs include hourly clinics for novice, intermediate, grand slam, competitive doubles and competitive edge drills to help you improve your game. A weeklong Tennis Camp is available for kids under seventeen during the summer season. Adult Round Robin Tournaments and Junior Round Robin events are held daily during most of the year. Traditionally, guests are invited to watch the pros play every Monday afternoon at 5:30 from March through October while socializing and having cocktails. Destin's  Seascape Resort also has a sprawling, eighteen hole championship golf course that should offer anexciting round to even the experienced players. Rolling fairways meander through pine forests and lushly landscaped grounds. This golf course was created by famed designer architect Joe Lee as a 71 par course who's fairways provide over 6,100 yards of very treacherous play. There are two sets of obstacles. The first is the fact that there seems to be water everywhere, since fifteen of the holes are adjacent to a languid lagoon, pond or the main coastal dune lake. The second major obstacle is that you may be easily distracted by the beauty of this course, especially when you have a glimpse of the dazzling gulf in the distance.  Our Ocean Reef guests are also able to receive complimentary discounts for golf at Seascape as a special thank you which applies to regular and even special twilight rates, so be sure to inquire about them.

Seascape Resort has a wonderful location in Miramar Beach which is about equidistant to all the happenings in Destin as well as the more laid back life style diversions along Scenic 30A in South Walton.
