These spacious, two-story cottages include almost 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms and three full baths that accommodate up to eight guests. There are only thirty homes on Baypine Drive off Baytowne Ave, which loops around an interior lagoon on one side and the beautiful bay on the other. Every home has waterfront views of one or the other. These charming abodes include wraparound screened porches easily accessible from within for outdoor entertainment. The two Guest Bedrooms are on the first floor off the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The private Master Bedrooms with luxurious ensuite baths encompass the entire second floor and have access to a spacious sundeck to view the sensational scenery. The bayside cottages have stunning views of the bay and a pedestrian bridge that connects to a kid's playground paradise called Jolee Island. The other homes look out upon a serene forested lagoon. The waterfront includes abundant wildlife, including Great Blue Herons, Snowy White Egrets, and other waterfowl.

This outstanding location is a minute walk away from a neighborhood community swimming pool that overlooks a lagoon and has restroom facilities. The beautiful beach is only about five minutes away by car on the gulf side.

The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf is also a close distance away. The captivating architecture from the New Orleans French Quarter helped to inspire the lovely village. Baytowne features a wide array of great restaurants, bars with live music, specialty shops, unique family amusements, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and vibrant seasonal firework celebrations. Sandestin's tropically urbane town center Grand Boulevard is also nearby, including additional dining establishments with friendly bars, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, galleries, a multiplex theater with a separate VIP dining room to view films, and a Publix grocery store.
