If you are looking for a great place for a beach reunion, look no further than this spacious vacation home with five bedrooms and accommodations for fourteen fortunate guests. It is located in the exclusive gated neighborhood of Destiny East, just a short stroll away from the beautiful Destin beaches and idyllic amenities.

Family Tides is perfect for multiple friends and family members, with guest quarters located on all three levels. Two beautifully furnished bedrooms have balcony access, while one on the first floor has private patio access. This amazing beach home features three spacious master suites with luxurious en-suite baths. One on the first floor includes a king-sized bed, glass patio doors, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. This room also includes a lovely kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. Two other guest bedrooms are on this level that share a connected Jack n Jill bath with a tub shower combination. One includes cottage-style furnishings with a king-sized bed, while the other features two full/twin-sized bunk beds. 

Upstairs to the second floor is another primary suite off the expansive living, kitchen, and dining area. This bedroom features a regal coastal look with high tray ceilings, a king-sized bed, a mix of dark and white furnishings, and a flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. A soft latte-toned couch provides a lovely seating area or additional bedding since it doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Double glass doors lead out to a furnished balcony with splendid views. The en-suite luxury bath has raised vanity sinks, richly mottled granite countertops, a large walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Inside the living area, you are greeted with light parchment tile flooring, multiple windows for natural light, and glass doors that lead to the furnished balcony. An assortment of decorative art includes marine life sculptures, driftwood, coral, shells, waterfowl prints, and other coastal flourishes. A cream-colored sectional faces a large flatscreen TV above a mantle that is framed with custom built-in shelving filled and lovely décor. Two cushioned straw-woven chairs gaze out upon a row of windows. The charming dining area near the open kitchen includes eight cream-colored chairs around a glass-top rectangular table with a rustic basket base. The gourmet kitchen has pale brown custom cabinetry richly accented by distinctive granite countertops, an island range top, and brushed stainless steel appliances. An open triple angled entertainment bar includes six raised beach-washed chairs for wining and dining. A lovely powder room is also on this level for added convenience.

The main primary bedroom suite encompasses the entire third floor. It boasts high tray ceilings, a king-sized bed, an adjacent twin day bed, and glass doors to a private balcony offering distant gulf views. The luxurious ensuite bath has marble-topped double vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Right outside the bedrooms double doors, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave are provided for entertainment.

This wonderful Destiny setting is close to a large lovely community pool, a lush, tropically landscaped patio with a bubbling hot tub, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a kid’s playground. The captivating Crab Trap Restaurant and beach bar are within easy walking distance. Many other popular restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping adventures are also just minutes away.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin Day Bed and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, Kitchenette.

Notice: Amenity wristbands for the Destiny East Clubhouse are available for $50 each. Guests must request wristbands at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If purchased, the cost will be billed to the reservation and the wristbands will be delivered to the unit. Wristbands are only required for access to the Destiny East Clubhouse amenities.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
