Ocean Reef Resorts is pleased to be able to offer our visiting guests three stunning vacation rentals at the Tops'l Resort in Miramar Beach (just east of Destin). If you are into tennis, be sure to bring your racquet because Tops'l is rated among the Top Ten Tennis Resorts in the entire world. This property is also located right next door to the esteemed Sandestin Golf, Beach, and Tennis Resort so it is convenient to everything this area has to offer. Grand Boulevard, the upscale Town Center of Sandestin, is only a minute away and is also located right off Emerald Coast Parkway for easy convenience. Besides wonderful shopping for name brand clothes, boutique items, decorative arts and jewelry there is also a selection of fine restaurants including Mitchell's Fish Market, Tommy Bahama's, Cantino Laredo, Flemings Steakhouse and P F Changs. The Disneyesque version of New Orleans is also just a few minutes away at the Village of Baytowne Wharf with a vast selection of restaurants, bars, live musical entertainment and a distinctively charming ambiance. If you're in the mood to do some "power shopping", Silver Sands Premium Outlet is also close by. This shopping center is the largest Designer Outlet in the nation and there are substantial discounts available on name brand clothing, house wares, crystal, jewelry and shoes. Many of our Ocean Reef guests get their Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation and Wedding gift shopping done there since they have basically everything and the savings are substantial.
Beach Manor
Beach Manor 111 is perfect for those who want to be on the ground floor for easy access to the beach. This two bedroom, two bath rental condo can accommodate up to six guests because it also includes a sleeper sofa in the living area which could be a perfect for the kids. This property has an understated, clean, elegant styling. White tile flooring is accented by throw rugs and a light floral pattern on the couch and love seat blend nicely. The louvered wood blinds across a row of windows may be slid back to have access to your own patio so that you can hear the sound of the surf and relax.
The dining area in Beach Manor 111 offers a chic rectangular glass topped table that accommodates six guests on European styled decorative metal cafe chairs with cream cushioned seats. The ample, open kitchen nearby has a wide counter top that is perfect for laying out some yummy seafood appetizers and favorite beverages. It is colored in shades of blue creating a nautical look.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a king sized bed decorated in soothing floral motif and is flanked by two side tables with elegant sculpted shell lamps. There is access to its own private bath. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds which is also nicely decorated.
Beach Manor 710 is a two bedroom, two bath vacation rental and is located on the seventh floor with dazzling direct beachfront views. In fact, the jewel toned waters of the gulf are the first thing you will see when you enter this property because a row of plate glass windows is directly in front of you. This is doubly accented by a floor to ceiling mirror that is on the wall adjacent to the windows. You will want to immediately go out onto the private beachfront balcony to check out these same views first hand. Ah, the sound of the surf, the smell of the salty air and that emerald colored water that awaits you down below!
The decor in the main living room is decidedly tropical with beautifully colored fabrics used on the couch and love seat. A wooden fan above is carved to resemble giant jungle leaves. A formal white built-in cabinet houses the entertainment center which has a flat screen TV and updated electronics. The other part of this room has an octagonal, beveled glass top table that seats four. There are two bar stools nearby that sit under a pass through bar from the kitchen.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a big, comfortable king sized bed with palm pillows and another tropical fan overhead. It is flanked by a wall of plate glass windows so you can wake up in the morning and see the gorgeous gulf while still in bed. Imagine the same scene from bed on a moonlit night! The Guest Bedroom is also nicely decorated in a pleasing sea foam green color and also features a cool wall sculpture over the queen sized bed showing a school of fish swimming by. The Master Suite has a private bath and the Guest Room has use of the full hall bath. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV for late night viewing.
The Tides
Tides at Tops'l 1409 is a two bedroom, two bath vacation rental that is located in a "flag ship" building that is also beachfront overlooking the dazzling white sands and luminescent waters of the Gulf of Mexico. High ceilings accentuate the spacious feel of this property. Due to its location on the fourteenth floor, this property offers total water views that extend as far as the eye can see into the sunny southwestern horizon. The living and dining area extends parallel to the big open kitchen so these views are evident no matter where you sit. A wall of windows stretches across the beach side which features sliding glass doors to access the over-sized balcony. The living area hosts a large couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa, as well as two over sized, comfortable side chairs. The motif in this unit is tropical as well with silk reproductions of plants from the jungle. The bevel edged, glass topped table is rectangular and has seats for six in carved blonde wood, high backed chairs with cushions. It is placed beside the big windows to enjoy the views of the gulf on a sparkling sunny day or even a moon splattered night.
If you decide you want to enjoy hors d'oeurves or drinks out on the over sized balcony, there is a nice table there with six comfortable chairs for lounging while you eat. There are four more seats on ladder backed chairs that sit next to a breakfast bar conveniently located near the kitchen which has state of the arts stainless steel appliances.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a private bathroom and a giant king sized bed. This room is shaded in light blue which lends a soothing air of tranquility. The Guest Bedroom is also nicely decorated in these same colors with two twin sized beds sitting side by side. Both bedrooms have windows for natural light.
Here at Tops'l Resort you will find multiple tennis courts, a fitness facilities, a sauna, lagoon shaped swimming pools beach side, kiddie pools and hot tubs. One of the hot tubs sits in a glass topped interior sun room where you can enjoy the views without getting cold if you are visiting during the chilly time of the year. Each building offers a unique experience and selection of amenities. Be sure to inquire for specific details prior to reserving. Tops'l Resort also borders the extensive Topsail Beach State Park. This expanse of woodlands which extends all the way down to Scenic 30A in South Walton, has three exotic Coastal Dune Lakes which are found in very few places in the world and supports a huge variety of flora and fauna. A row of sand dunes are nestled along the gulf for miles so, if you and your loved one ever want to take a romantic walk together away from the crowds, this is the place to go.
